Imagine that a new climate service is developed for a region of your choice. The goal of this new service is to support local stakeholders in navigating a changing climate and the subsequent risks. The developers have asked you to provide them with information on the most important stakeholders and the challenges they are facing. 

For this task you will analyse the challenges, needs, and experiences of stakeholders in the region of your choosing. The goal is to identify who the most important stakeholders are, and how a new (to be developed) climate service could support them in tackling the climate challenges they are facing. After creating an inventory of stakeholders and their experiences, you will write out a user story for every stakeholder.
